I have been thinking about this so much the last few years. Not only have I had a bazillion years in a row of chronic stress, but I grew up on a farm, expected to work since I was barely a teen. On a farm there are no sick days, definitely no ‘mental health’ days. I think my nervous system was jacked from the time I was a child.
